Suspension of Elected Trustee / Member

Whether the Elected Trustee can be suspended without passing any resolution ?

Whether it can be a infrigenment of Civil rights ?

suspended by whom?

the endowment committe can in case of misappropriation of funds etc.

what does your bye law say?

first of all I am advising before asking question you have to give full information. You have not given the details that who suspended and his power to suspend.

The Endowments commission on application or on suo-motos can suspend a trustee if there is mis appropriation of funds and there also a specific procedure will followed. In this case passing of resolution is not necessary.

You have right to question the same before him by filing Written Statement/ Version/ Counter or you may approach proper court.

no he can not be suspended without due process.

it will not be infringement of his civil rights, but of natural law for sure.
