Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
The Taluk office has issued 3 different legal heir certificates in respect of a dead person who died in the year year 1984. The certificates were issued in the years 1984, 1986 and 2007. In the last one, they have included Grandfather's name falsely. Is it right to include Grandfather's naem in the legal heir certificate ?
