Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i am a tanent of a premises which include 2 shops, 2 rooms,1 store room, 1 varandah, 1toilet and 1 bathroom..and landlord filed the eviction petition and eviction was passed by court against tanent but the eviction order is only for 2 shops not the whole premises..so can tanent able to evict the whole premises?

in case the eviction order is passed qua two shops only as per the site plan, and store room, varandah and toilet are not inside the said shops, then you cannot be evicted from the rest. however, you may file an appeal against the order of eviction.
