Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
can a tenant claim for amount of money (in terms of furniture and decoration to run his/her business) that he/she spent on shop, even after telling her to vacate?

No ... the licensee has to vacate the premises with all her furniture and belongings once the term of leave and license is over.
