Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My Tenant was not paying Rent & not vacating the house even after expiry of Lease.I filed Eviction Suit at Ranchi Court in Jan ' 2009.Even after 4 years,
I am waiting for court Judgement.Is there anywayout for speedy recovery of my house ? I am in Bank service & will be retiring in 2014 & will need the house
for myself.

You can take out an application, showing your retirement, and hence urgent need of house, court may at its discretion, take up the matter early.
