Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my tenant is not vacating my house. his lease ended in april, since then he is saying he will vacate within 4-5 days every time we ask him to leave. Now he has given in writing that he has given us the possession of our apartment, But he did not vacate the room.he is not paying the rent as well.

He is a trespasser , You can throw him out with his bag and baggage after he has given you in writing that he has given possession back to you.
