tenants rights in execution of a decree

if by operation of law the original landlord lost his case then does it mean that the tenant has to be kicked out by the new landlord?

u will become the tenant of new landlord but there will be lot of conditions and other things

No it is not necessary.

The new Land lord may file appeall on the Decree and order of the lower court. It is one option.

Another option is Depending upon the facts the new land lord can file eviction Petition against the Tenant.
