my tenent expired now his married daughter living elsewhere wants to continue to pay the rent.(mumbai)
i want the premise back for my use how can i get it back?
has a new agreement has to be made with new rent of todays market value if tenency has to be continued?

Tenancy is hereditary in Delhi. You have to engage a lawyer in mumbai to find out about the status of tenancy.
