Theft Vehicle Claim

My Yamaha YD 125 was theft on 2002 and insurance company told me to bring Relevant Documents etc., I submitted all the documents but they rejected the claim basing on wrong section but the matter in fir is theft no response from the insurance company and i complain to head office, divisional office for the claim but no response then I gone to civil court for justice then after 3 years the vehicle is recovered by police in bad condition i inform to insurance company that i am ready to compromised claim by repairing the vehicle then also no response from the insurance company so therefore the case was going till now. Kindly please give FREE advice to me what i have to do now ?

Please take help from lawyer and approach the consumer court.
