and a lady purches a land for constrection of dharamshal for stay of pilgrims free[mantion in lease deed ] she had an adopted son after deth of lady and adopted son the nomeeny of son can sale the property without succsetion by court if no pls tell me in witch law i or state govt.can interfear for cancil the saledeed/or appoint a reciver on property pls att.nomenys give a spcial pover of atto. to trancfer the lese deed and attorny prson sig. on saledeed in favor of his mother and elder brother is this valid sale deed and in this dharamshal 9 teenent . but in deed mantion first party give vecat possetion to 2 party in municpil record from starting of municipil bord mantion 9 teenent and rest part is exemted from house tex due to religios use on parmanent teenent ocupied portion amposed h.tex as per rent calculation according trust act sec.5 i or any other like state gov. or by pil can become trust property or gov.property

no one can misuse the trust property and if somebody is using it like that then u can take action against him/her.
better take advice in person.

Firstly get stay order from dispossession and then proceed with the matter and if necessity arse challenge the alleged adoption of son.contact with details and relevant documents.
