Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My Uncle and me had booked an apartment jointly. In the agreement his name is first and mine is second. Even in the soceity share certificate his name is first and mine is second. Now he has given this appartment on rent and is enjoying the benefit of the rent. he says that because his name is first he is the main owner . Since I am abroad he was paying all outgoings of the house all these years. Please advice
