Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My uncle got second marriage but first wife not divorced. first wife got two sons, Second wife got two daughters. what is the right of second wife's daughters in my uncle's property ?

all the sons and daughters from both the wives have equal right over the property of your uncle in case he dies intestate but the daughters of second wife do not have any right in the ancestral property of your uncle.
