can a unregistered will deprive a woman in getting her due share from her fathers property

depends upon will.

Coz girl has to challenge the same and if the signature proves true then this will be true and applicable.

An unregistered WILL is as good as a Registered WILL and is legally enforceable. However, the rights of a woman cannot be taken away by way of a WILL if the property is ancestral. In that case, the WILL has no value and the law of inheritance will follow. Thus it is the nature of property and not that of WILL which is important to determine your rights.
