U.P.Z.A.L.R.Act
A person have written a will in1974 that was regestered will and same person have written a more will which was
unaregisterd ,so what will be the legel approch and court view under U.P.Z.A L.R.Act?

The latest will supersedes the previous one. Even if the last will is unregistered, it will prevail over the previous registered will.
Will is the "last wish" of a person at the time of death. The registration of a will not make it "more valuable" than an unregistered will.
