Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I need urgent help on defamation. I posted against our competitor that they are doing unethical work for maintain their position and now they are threating to take the legal action if we won't remove our statement. This statement is published in public forum and has no way to delete the statement.
However, whatever is stated is true and best of our knowledge. Can someone suggest what to be done in this case.
