validity of the promissory note
I am from india i borrow Rs10000/from one person and i sign in a promissory note. then i return that amount in a bit payments but i can not receive any receipts for repayments. now the person who gave me a money was dead, his son now asked me to that amount,he send me legal notice, i have some persons to witness of my return payments, how can i face this case

You send the reply to the notice and state your case.In case son file any case then prove your case through witnesses.In case of need contact with details,professional charges are applicable.

You give a reply to the notice and in case if he approaches to the court of law to file a suit against you at that point of time submit your answers and produce your witnesses before the Hon'ble Court.
In case of need you may contact personally alongwith the details.
