Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
It is a village, a cement road is there in a street.. one fellow destroyed the road and made a ditch to drain the waste water of his house. All the people who living in that street complained to municipal offficer, VAO, president of the village and Councilor of the area..all officers came together and ordered him to remove his ditch, but he is not at all responding yet for three years....what we should do?
