Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi, this is virat. One of my friend posted number of one of his neighbour on friendship website as he was continously abused by his neighbour. The neighbour went to police station where the police dismissed the case stating the good character of person. He again went to police station after 2 yrs where they forced him to write on 20rs stamp paper that he did it purposefully to harass the neighbour and that he if he does it again they will take action. What legal constituents does this hold. Can a person write on a stamp paper in police station (with no lawyer present). The stamp paper was aquired on saturday after court timings (dont know how). There were some cancellations during writing. Kindly reply. Can he go to court for the same reason after 2 yrs with the stamp paper. He always gives irrelevant add ons.

if it is proved that the document is executed in the police station under corecion or complled circumstances, then it will not be admissible at all.
