Weather we will refuse the presentation of advocate in place of applicant under RTI Act, 2005

S.V.Nahar, Advocate
Officer known as PIO under RTI has no power of hearing as such no representation required.
However, first and second appellate authorities do take hearing of appeal and at that time one will need representation.
Advocates are allowed to represent.
