Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Wheather a hindu father and a manager of a joint family , who is joint with his sons governed by mitakshara law , does he has a right to write a settlement deed in favour of his sons with limited rights and vested given full rights to his grand sons ( settlement deed with limited rights given by father to his sons is valid or not ?

no, he does not have this right unless it is for the benefit of the entire joint family.
