Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My wife has admitted complaint against me on mahila takrar niwaran kendra whitch is under sp office. she demanded divorse during consiling. for it she demand rs 10,00,000. my monthly income is only 20000 p.m.. i told i can give only rs 150000. then she demanded 498A case against me. consilore told her u can't do it from here . u can admitted case through police station on ur risk. they gives 15 days time to both. i wan't anticipatory bail before she admite case for it i need document of cosiling center but they said they can give document when case closed. what i do to get document legaly from the center. or how i can save me and my parents from 498A to get anticipatory bail from court. she living her brother's home from 3 months and admited case after one month when she gone from my home.

You may file anticipatory bail and you just require copy of summons of CAW cell sent to you. Police will produce the rest in the court. Read more on anticipatory bail on my website www.karvai.in.
