Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am second wife for my husband, first wife has 2 daughters who are married now. My husband and his first wife are deceased. My husband has property on his name worth some 1CR but his brothers are not letting me know any information about property details. Can you tell me what will be my share according to Hindu act and how to proceed?

You have share in the property provided certain conditions fulfilled and your son and daughter legally has right. You can send a legal notice to them for claiming your share. In this regard get help of an advocate to calculate your share and to send notice.
