wife rights in husband property
what is the rights of wife in her father pension, property and cash. Whether at the age of 70, can a wife file divorce . What she found in the property of husband. The family has husband wife, one son (married)and one daughter(married in the Feb.,1995

Your facts are not clear. An adult lady may not be entitled to a share in the property/cash of her father unless she is dependent on him.

Equal right in father and husband property and maintenance from husband. But at this stage????...
