Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my wife set up a malicious campaign to defame me at all my professional areas. she said i beat her up every night and created a lot of problems for me at my workplace.now a mutual divorce case is going on which hopely could be done by mid 2011. i dont want to file the case now so that she doesnot jeopardise the divorce case . can i file it when its over next year. i have suffered a lot because of this.

it is better to forget taking any action during pendency of mutual petition for divorce. let the divorce settle and then forget her.
