Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My wife wants share her father property, she got marriage in year 1998,she have two sister and one brother, her father not alive(exp in 2005),pls advise how she can claim her share, how much share she will get.(We are Hindus)

as per Hindu Law (succession) all brothers and sisters will get equal shares as per Class I heirs including widowed mother. Now you can approach jurisdictional civil court for a claim. But before doing so consult with a local civil lawyer for final action. All the best.
