Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I & my wife stay separately since last 3 years.My wife stays at her mother's house from when she was 7 months pregnant.When I went to my in-laws house to return my wife & child back to me (then my child was 3 months) my in-laws are insulted me and my wife couldn't want to come back.After taking all sorts of possible ways in order to keep the relation(for the future of my little child) I & my family members are failed. Then I have deposited some money on my wife's bank account(nationalised bank) and I have the deposit slip counterpart issued by the bank.On the next month when I go there for depositing money bank inform me verbally that the previous amount could not deposited as the account was already closed.My mother in law serves at that bank.Now when I ask for that money by sending a letter ,the bank advice me to go there with my wife along with the the original counterpart of the deposit slip.Now I have no relation with my wife.How can I return that money? Please help me.
