WILL executed by father

my father who expeired in1988 executed a WILL leaving all properties in mothers name and kept us under her guardianship as we eight childern were all minors.Now that if my mother wants to sell one of the properties for our welfare only can she do that or any other legal documents to be needed.

since she is the owner of all the properties, she is entitled to sell any property for her needs including her children's needs. no document is required if the property has already been transferred in her name on the basis of will executed by your father.

now she is the owner of the said property by vertue of the said will.

no legal complecation are there to sell properties.

if out of you eight children anyone is major then he has to give his NOC for the sale.
