registered will is a legal document authenticated by a Court.

In law there is no difference between a registered or unregistered will.
A will is written by the executor to express his intention about partition of his property / wealth in the desired manner after his death to avoid any dispute amongst the legal heirs.
One only needs to establish in court that the will was executed voluntarily by the testator with free consent and a sound disposing mind.
