Will of Property
Sir, My grand father and grandmother made a will when both are alive but thewill was not registered. Lateron my grand father died and entire property transfered in the name of grandmother. Now, shall grandmother alone could have rights to cancel the old will and make a new will ?

No.The will of your grandfather will have same effect and force.
