Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I would like to ask will related question my grandfather wrote a will and registered it and the will was written by himself in urdu , in the will he mentioned that any other will after this one would not be considered unless its not written or altered by himselves ,,later on when my grandfather was sick my uncle produced a another will in which my uncle had been given more land as compared to us.In the latest will it is written that he is weak and sick and is unable to write. The credibility of the new will is not genuine ,its drafted by document writer, and its also not registered . can you tell which will would prevail , and how can it be challenged in the court of law on what arguments .?

the earlier will, written in urdu by your grandfather may prevail, depending upon the evidence being produced in support thereof. you may seek declaration, thereby declaring the latter will forged and fabricated.
