My father died in2005 leaving behind a unregistered will regarding the distribution of ancestral property in the name of our mother and four brothers. But now one of our brother and his wife is not within our controls etc. Sir my can we the three brothers and our mother can disassocite ( BEDHAKHAL) one of our brother frm his property given to him by our father and the same property can be willed to his( BEDKHAL) brother son?

no its not possible but further i would need to examine the copy of the will as you havent mentioned more facts

You three brothers and mother are joint holder and benficiary along with you fourth brother. You and your mother can neither disown him nor can deprive him from property in any manner.You people donot have any such right.In case of need you may contact with details.professional charges are applicable.
