Dear Sir / Madam,
In ownership and sale of a property, it is not important whether the woman is educated or illiterate. If she is the rightful owner of the property, the sale transaction has been explained and understood by her, it remains binding on her children, who have no locus standi, but to release the property to the buyer, provided the full agreed consideration for sale has been received and settled by the buyer.
It is a different issue if and when the buyer does not want to complete the purchase of the property, but backs out of the deal fearing future legal complications and dispute.
