Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

can a women married fr past 12 years with 2 kids get a divorce who loves a married man with two kids past 6 years. both in love past 2 years get a divorce .without telling that they both love each other. but her husband is too good and kind no harassment but she cant be faithful to him and wants to get divorce, can she get in hyderabad according to indian law and what petetion has she to file if she wants to hide the love affair.

if your husband is kind then you are lucky and as per my view, you should not take this step else life of your kids will be ruined. You can find your love in your husband and what if your lover will be cruel in future then you dont have way to run and survive peacefully. Dont disturb your peaceful life and stop extra affairs else u will be ruined and your lover can also not faith upon u coz if you can leave a person who loves u and live peacefully for 12 years then you can also leave him. So think again.
