Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
hi, i was wondering if there is any law which ask the state or central government to bring particular bill such has electoral reforms which they been delaying purposely in stipulated time.

It is the duty of jurists to collect jural postulates from the society and make efforts for making required laws.
There is no law asking the government to bring any particular bill. Even a private member can bring a Bill before the concerned legislature.
