Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i was working in the health and family welfare dept as lecturer in Pharmacy in permanent capacity under Govt. of Assam for more than 11years and resigned . Will i be able to draw pension ? Please reply.

in case you have resigned, then under what law would u get pension. i do not think u can get pension.
