Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i am working in a place since my marriage onwards. after 7 years of marriage my wife gone to her mother house(200 km away from me) and staying for 18 months with my kid.she is not coming to live with me. i require support and care otherwise i am affecting physically and mentally. shall i go for divorce?
