My sister has registerd wphc case against her husband who took away her baby, The court has given 15 days notice but now I came to know he has gone out of india for 2 months. So what should we do My sister cant wait for 2 monhts for her baby

file an application before the court to show the conduct of the husband and restraining him from going abroad.

you have not mentioned that he has taken away baby with him out of India; if the baby in India, you can still seek production of baby from the person in whose custody he left the baby.
however, your WPHC is maintainable only if court had granted you custody. if not, you should first obtain custody rights of the child from appropriate court.
