Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

In a writ petition were we had asked the tasildar to restore the patta which he deleted based on the orders of land commissioner the high court dismissed the writ stating this is a civil dispute and land commissioner had rightly come to conclusion that since it is a civil dispute the petitioners and respondents to approach the civil court for remedy so this ground cannot be entertained here but it is open to the petitioner to approch the civil court. but the land commissioner in his order he has not asked to delete our name from patta but tasildar by mistake deleted ours also. after writ we went to DRO and got the patta restored. now will this be contempt of court.....
