Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In a writ petition order regarding patta transfer where a tasildar by mistake deleted the patta the high court dismissed the writ stating this ground cannot be entertained and if the pettioner wants he can approach the civil court . but we went to RDO and got the patta corrected. now will this be contept of court....

once the high court gave you liberty to approach other authorities, getting the same corrected through RDO is not contempt.
