Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have written a Will that is registered and would now like to totally annul or cancel it without writing a fresh Will? Is this possible?

in case you are the beneficiary, you cannot cancel it rather the executor of the will may cancel it without writing a fresh will.
