Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i wrote an application for leave.there was some space between sign and text.a clerk cut text.and in blank space he wrote a pronote showing debt towards me.if he file a suit,who will have burden of proof.if it is only sufficient for him to produce the pronote.if first he would have to prove the consideration?

burden of proof lies on the petitioner tht this is a valid document also he has to prove the consideration
