Four years back, when i was working with one pvt bank One of the customer has filed a court case against me and three other bank officials. Court has issued bailable warrant against two of the officials because on being absent on the dates given by the court.

Court has given a next hearing date on 20th January sunday And Lok Adalat is taking place on that day..Kindly advice do we first need to take the Bail against the warrant issued Or LOK Adalat has the power to give Bail Or cancel warrant ??

Opponent and four of us are ready to finish the case through settlement in LOk adalat Or in the Court.
