Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My younger brother died due to heart attack. He was working in a private company. All the company dues like PF, Gratuity, insurance etc. were given to his wife and children. Whether my mother is eligible to get a share out of it ? Please clarify.

yes, your mother is also entitled to a share but in case there is a will in favour of wife, then mother may not get anything.

Yes, mother is a Class I heir and is entitled to an equal share alongwith wife and children of the deceased.
