Is Bidding websites classified as gambling in our law ?

Query is not very clear. What do you mean by bidding websites.
You may kindly refer to recent judgment by a Delhi Court titled as "Gaussian Network vs Monica Lakhanpal" decided by the court of Ms.Ina Malhota ADJ on 17.9.2012 wherein the Court held that online gaming, even pertaining to games of skill,offered by websites involving money, is illegal.
