how much of building can be used by an it co. in an it park and how much can be used by the other business in Maharashtra? is their any circular or notification regarding this?

In an IT Park, if non-IT company uses it they will not be entitled to incentives, if any, are available. Non-IT business, which is essential for IT business may run their business limited for providing services to IT business.
