cheating in the name of computer education

i took frenchisee from a very reputed computer education company in india to run the the computer center at nagpur, but they didnot provide me any technical support after taking frenchisee fees of 3.5 lakhs which was essential to run my technical institute.infact i was shocked to find the company without any technical staff to cater such support for which we had taken frenchisee. my entire business got ruined as it was very difficult to run such business without technical knowledge and hence resulted in closing of my business with very huge losses. i have correspondence papers with me to prove that they have not given me any assistence to run my computer education center. i consulted local advocates but they said that it will require big money to suit and fight with such big company. i m facing big mental and financial trouble now. pl show me the way what to do ? please reply: [email protected]
