My US client lodge a complaint on me in high court but I did not get any call from police is this a valid complaint?

First of all If a case is filed in High court , police authorities are not required to call.
It is to be determined what kind of case is filed in High Court.
Tell us what was the dispute between you and your client.

either you should have got the notice from high court or you can check the delhi high court website.
