if anybody put mp3songs and like this what tha law can punish them .first give any worning to close the site or to server owner. close his server or go to near him the owner of the server...what the law can punish them to put mp3 songs without copyrights..in smallweb/wapsites . how can they put put mp3 without copyrights but ligally......please tel me the detils i want to creat a site ligally6
