Legal Question in Technology Law in India
I was employee in MNC IT company in Nov-2007 to June -2009. I had 2 yrs of bond in this company around 75K. Due to some family issue i have resigned and come back my home town bcoz my family need my help. Also, i had stop the cheque. Now company case on me Sec.138 N.I.Act and threaten me to paid 75K. Please suggest me how can i get out from this without paying. I am not in condition to pay 75K to company. Please suggest. Is it legal? They take cheque in behalf of Bond value

they can sue u for recovery of amount but their case under NI Act may not sustain.
