Is hacking & using others email to send their information to others without his concern comes under cyberlaw..? how should victim oppose it..?
If a husband in a revenge,hacking the wife's personal e-mail account for sending her personal information to [without her concern] others or collecting mails as to proof her characterless in court.shud wife warn her husband as maintainence case going on in process or what shud she do...?
1.Will court believe e-mails & chats as evidence of characterless.?
2.UNDER THIS SITUATION,WHAT SHUD WIFE DO TO FILE,WHICH CASE AGAINST HUSBAND..?
3.should wife have to hire detective to keep an eye on husband before she file for divorce..?
4.Is court believes the evidences collected by Detectives..?
5.What type of evidence court need to prove one person characterless..?????????

a criminal case under IT Act can be filed against the husband as it can be proved as to from which IP address the same was sent.
